SPREP wishes to call for quotes from qualified and experienced consultants who can offer their services to develop an Early Detection – Rapid Response (EDRR) plan, based on SPREP’s regional template, facilitate the establishment of Nauru’s Invasive Species Task-force, identify EDRR equipment necessary to operationalize the EDRR plan, organize a simulation exercise for Nauru EDRR stakeholders.
