This should help you prepare for your Solomons tour. As you are aware, we should basically be developing the regulations now. Please drop me a line if you have some views on how we should proceed and what arrangements etc you require. I might be going to Costa Rica next month for the Wetlands so please let me know of your dates for coming so arrangements can be done with my officers.
