Cir#26/11: Final Outcomes Report – SPREP Partnership Dialogue, 2025.

Following earlier communication and with reference to Circular 25/96, the Outcomes Report of the Second SPREP Partnership Dialogue, held on 1 September 2025 in Apia, Samoa, has now been finalised.

The report has been prepared in accordance with the rapporteur notes of the discussions and incorporates feedback received from partners. Alternatively, the report can also be accessed on the SPREP website.
