Cir#25/19: SPREP - Programme Management Fees.

Reference is made to the Fourth Executive Board Meeting, 4-6 September endorsement of the Final Report on the SPREP Finance and Resource Sustainability Strategy and the Policy Brief Highlighting Key/Priority Recommendations for action.

One of the key/priority recommendations included the updating of SPREP’s Policy on Programme Management Charges to be a fixed rate of 15% for both members and non-members. The SPREP Programme Management Fee Policy has been updated to reflect this decision, thus the policy is now in effect.
